Order Cancellations
We do not accept order cancellations once the order has been placed and confirmed. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Returns
At Sanhitaa, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We accept returns only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
Eligibility for Returns
- Return requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving your order.
- A parcel opening video is mandatory to process any return request.
- The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges based on variations in colour, pattern irregularities, prints, unevenness, or similar concerns. Please note that many of our products are handmade, and such characteristics are not considered defects.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders.
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team at 9136209866 or Sanhitaa.creations@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Please include a description of the issue along with clear photographs of the damaged or defective product.
- Our team will review your request and provide approval along with a return shipping address within one business day.
- Securely pack the item in its original packaging and ship it back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please share the tracking details with us once shipped.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 2 business days after approval following inspection of the returned item.
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
